One full time route person will be assigned to your area and will be in charge of stocking, inspecting, replacing, and general maintenance of all the vending machine items on a regular basis. During the first week of service our representative will be present at you location to communicate with your staff in order to meet their particular needs.
Periodic visits to the location will fallow to stay current with your preferences. Our goal is to maximize participation by our customers. This goal will be obtained by guaranteeing that you are able to consistently find the variety and quality of products you prefer.
Tamalpais Vending will provide you with high quality equipment. Given this fact, we anticipate a trouble free operation of your vending machines. However, we will assign a qualified and skilled service person for you organization able to deal with any possible repairs. All of our route service staff are immediately available when called. The person assigned will be responsible to complete any necessary repairs in a timely manner and will keep you informed. It is Tamalpais Vending’s policy that if any equipment has a continual problem, we will replace it immediately. Seventy-five percent of all maintenance calls are related to coin changer malfunctions. Tamalpais Vending has successfully addressed this problem by providing only specified electronic changers in all our equipment. Our changer have proven to be the most reliable in the industry. Our additional investment has greatly enhanced our service by reducing the number of coin related maintenance calls. Also, as part of our quality control, our service personnel are trained to do preventative maintenance as part of their scheduled service calls. Periodically, all coin mechanisms are cleaned and every six months all electric motors are lubricated and checked for worn parts and/or potential problem areas. A complete preventative maintenance schedule is part of our commitment to you.
Clearly displayed on the front of all our machines is our service phone number for anyone to call (510) 621 4480 or (510) 620 0260. All calls will be handled by our service mechanics to insure a prompt response to to calls. Tamalpais Vending guarantees same day response for any call placed before 12:00 noon. Calls placed after 12:00 noon will be responded to no later than 12:00 noon the next day. In addition we do provide 24 hour emergency service. Every call is logged as to the nature of the problem and how it was solved. Our service hotline works around the clock, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
All of our route personnel and service mechanics are instructed to make immediate refunds when informed by an individual while on location. A refund log and bank will be provided at your site and this will be replenished by our service person on a regular basis.
Tamalpais Vending will provide service and maintain all vending equipment at no cost to you. Our goal is to provide you with 'top quality' vending services. To this end we offer two pricing options: The first option offers low pricing and no commission. The second option sets up 'fair market' pricing with monthly commissions paid to you. The commission rate will set based on your location size and your monthly sales. At the end of each quarter you will recieve a commission check. We provide our customers with computerized sales and commission reports. We guarantee that you will receive an accurate commission figure through our computerized system.
